PASS Rules of the Road

The rules below will help you get comfortable with PASS transportation. 

• For your safety, please remain seated while the PASS vehicle is in motion.
• Please no eating, drinking or smoking on PASS vehicles.
• Service animals are the only animals allowed on PASS vehicles.
• Please don't litter. Remember to take all personal items with you when you exit the vehicle.
• All PASS vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• PASS vehicles are not equipped with bike racks.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• PASS operators will not assist with bags and parcels. Please limit carry on items to what you can safely carry yourself.
• You must meet the PASS vehicle at your curb. The PASS shuttle operator cannot come to your door, or help you to a door once your ride is complete.
