PASS Scheduling

Before you can begin using PASS for transportation, we need some basic information to get you in the system. The only eligibility requirement to use PASS is that your starting point or destination (or both) need to be at least one-third of a mile off a fixed route. There is a one-time registration process, which may take up to five days to process.

Where to Call

When to Call

Please call no later than 4:30 p.m. the day before your trip and no sooner than 14 days in advance. On Saturday and Sunday, call between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Ride scheduling is first-come, first-served.

To Cancel a Ride

Please call at least 30 minutes before your ride is due. Otherwise, the ride will be considered a "no-show."

No-Shows

A "no-show" occurs when you:

  • Are not present to board the PASS shuttle by your scheduled time.
  • Cancel a reservation less than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

Scheduled return trips for no-shows will be canceled automatically unless you call the office more than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time for the return trip. Any person with two or more "no-shows" within a two-week period may have his or her PASS privileges suspended. To avoid a no-show, be ready to travel 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. (In some cases, your PASS shuttle may arrive early.)
